Mr. Coker has more than 30 years experience in Oil and Gas Exploration.  Mr. Coker began his career in oil and gas with Mobil Oil Corporation, immediately after receiving his MS degree in computers and information technology.  Mr. Coker was selected to be the first person in a new training program instituted by Mobil to develop intermediate and upper level management with broad spectrum experience to fill a management gap created by World War II.  While at Mobil, Mr. Coker completed the requirements necessary to receive his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate.

Mr. Coker served as Vice President, CFO and Director of several independent oil and gas exploration & production companies.  His responsibilities have included supervision of land and accounting functions and integration of land, accounting, engineering and financial systems.

In 2000, he began a consulting practice for public and private companies.

In 2002, Mr. Coker formed Black Falcon Exploration, Inc.
